BIOS / UEFI Configuration

You are a technician preparing a workstation for a new developer. The machine has a new M.2 NVMe SSD and needs the following configuration in BIOS/UEFI:

1. Set the boot order so the NVMe SSD is first.
2. Enable Secure Boot for Windows 11 compliance.
3. Enable virtualization (Intel VT-x / AMD-V) for Docker.
